Trust cards show reliability only — member since, completed exchanges and neighbor feedback. NeedWell never shows photos, age or other personal traits, so every neighbor is judged fairly.

Each person can have a limited number of open requests at a time so items reach as many neighbors as possible. Items received are never resold.

Never send or request cash, gift cards, or bank information.

If something feels wrong, stop and report it. Reviewers follow up privately.
