How Verification Works

Basic Verified — the person's account and identity checks are complete.

Need Verified — a reviewer looked at supporting documentation (for example a bill or repair estimate).

Partner Verified — a participating church, nonprofit or agency confirmed the need.

NeedWell Reviewed — a NeedWell reviewer manually approved the request.

AI helps organize and flag requests, but a person always makes the decision. Documents are stored privately and only reviewers can open them. Private details are never shown publicly.
